Species Description:Basically a Namekian that has a higher intel mod than the normal Namekian. I think they should probably be ICly from a specific clan. Nothing to high to make them techies, but enough to allow them to eventually get tech without it being year 20. ICly they should be battle strategists, and the more intelligent (not necisarily wise). They may gain a superiority complex, or may simply use their gift for helping everyone else.
